Tournament Sanction Request

Important Dates:

• June 10 - tournament request system opens
• July 15 - deadline to submit Historical Priority Date requests (HPD)
• July 31 - last day to submit tournament requests to be considered in the initial planning calendar.
• August 1 and after - the system will remain open, but requests will be on a waiting list and will be considered as the schedule allows.

Be sure to read through the documents posted on the CHRVA.org website pertaining to hosting a tournament.

To log into the system, use your club login information. If you do not know your information, please contact the tournament chair, Lauren Leventry (lauren.leventry@chrvavb.org) for assistance. You must be affiliated with a CHRVA Club to request a tournament sanction.

Tournament hosts are required to follow all of the post-tournament requirements. Please make sure you have read and understand the hosting and reporting documents and are aware of your responsibilities as a CHRVA junior tournament host. Failure to follow hosting requirements will result in sanctions including but not limited to the removal of current and/or future tournament sanctions.
